Our client, a tool retailer in Bulgaria, sought to grow their digital marketing by incorporating Google Ads to increase sales and revenue, complementing their ongoing Facebook campaigns. They depended on our experience to navigate the complexities of digital advertising. The Challenge:

The client faced intense competition from larger companies with substantial advertising budgets. Starting with a budget of 3000 lv., our objective was to create a Google Ads campaigns capable of competing effectively and driving significant revenue. Additionally, the client struggled with Google Analytics setup, cookie compliance, and site navigation. Our mission was to address these challenges and achieve exceptional results.

Our approach:

This was a brand-new Google Ads account with no prior data to guide our efforts. Drawing on our extensive experience in the niche, we were confident in our ability to deliver exceptional results through our Google Ads strategies.

To boost revenue, we implemented a strategic approach focused on key aspects of the client’s online presence. We started by improving the website, addressing tracking and cookie compliance issues, and enhancing site navigation and user experience. We then targeted the best-selling categories, leveraging insights from their successful Facebook campaigns.

Utilizing Google’s machine learning and automation tools, we effectively reached the audience segments most likely to convert. Continuous optimization of ad copy, visuals, and keywords ensured that the ads remained relevant and engaging. Results (February 2024 - July 24):

From February 2024 to July 2024, the campaign delivered outstanding results. We generated nearly 2 million impressions, showcasing the extensive reach of the ads. The click-through rate (CTR) was 5.28%, indicating strong user engagement. The conversion rate was 1.31%, reflecting effective conversions from clicks.

We managed to keep the cost per click (CPC) at 0.21 lv and the cost per acquisition (CPA) at 16.25 lv. The return on ad spend (ROAS) was an impressive 9.10, meaning that for every 1 lv spent, we generated 9.10 lv in revenue. Overall, the campaign produced 184,435 lv in revenue from an ad spend of 20,276 lv.
