The Challenge:

The client sought to scale their advertising efforts and grow their revenue. However, their monthly ad spend of 5,000 BGN was capped due to a high CPA, making it difficult to expand while staying profitable. They also encountered issues with Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking, which hindered their ability to measure and optimize performance effectively. Our mission was to address these challenges and drive significant improvements in both profitability and growth.

Situation (November 2024):

In October 2024, the client’s ad spend was approximately 2,384.22 BGN, generating 100,646 impressions with a 7.13% interaction rate and an average CPC of 0.33 BGN. The conversion rate was low at 0.56%, delivering a conversion value of 6,063.24 BGN, but the cost per conversion was disproportionately high at 59.33 BGN. This resulted in an ROAS of 2.54, leaving significant room for improvement.

Our approach:

To achieve revenue growth, we implemented a comprehensive strategy to improve the client’s digital performance. Our first priority was resolving critical issues with Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking, ensuring reliable data collection to guide future decisions.

We then designed a focused advertising strategy aimed at maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). By aligning campaigns with the client’s unique product offerings and audience behaviors, we created a foundation for consistent, sustainable growth. This results-driven approach not only addressed initial challenges but also paved the way for scalable success in a competitive market.

Results (December 2024):

In December 2024, the client’s ad spend was approximately 2,017.14 BGN, generating 49,995 impressions with a 13.52% interaction rate and an average CPC of 0.30 BGN. The conversion rate improved to 1.25%, resulting in 84.76 conversions and a conversion value of 12,243.36 BGN. The cost per conversion decreased significantly to 23.80 BGN, delivering a strong ROAS of 6.07.

Between October and December 2024, the campaigns showed significant improvements. The interaction rate increased from 7.13% to 13.52%, indicating a higher level of engagement with the ads. The conversion rate improved from 0.56% to 1.25%, nearly doubling the efficiency of converting clicks into sales. The cost per conversion dropped from 59.33 BGN to 23.80 BGN, making conversions far more cost-effective. Additionally, the ROAS increased from 2.54 to 6.07, reflecting much stronger returns on ad spend. Finally, the conversion value grew from 6,063.24 BGN to 12,243.36 BGN, nearly doubling the revenue generated.
